“O love the Lord, all ye His saints: for the Lord preserveth the faithful, and plentifully rewardeth the proud doer. Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the Lord”
“Mine(God’s) eyes are upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with Me: he that walketh in a perfect way, he shall serve Me.”
“A faithful man shall abound with blessings: but he that maketh haste to be rich shall not be innocent.”
Brother/Sister/pastor/deacon/deaconess/minister/evangelist! We have to strive to constantly serving the Lord and doing what is right, no matter how hard the devil is trying to bring us down, if we are steadfast, dependable and trustworthy, God will bring us through in victory.
If you have any question about that, just take a look at what He(God) did in the life of Daniel. When Daniel was just a young man, he served as one of the three presidents directly under the king. Daniel did his job so faithfully that he was preferred above the other presidents, and the king considered putting him over the whole realm. – Daniel 6:1-3
When the other presidents found out about the king’s promotion plan for Daniel, they were jealous. So they began looking for some wrongdoing to accuse him of. But they could find no fault in him as he was faithful. – Daniel 6:4
And since they couldn’t dig up any real dirt on him, they decided to scheme(concerning the law of his God – Serving God) and trap him. The trap led to Daniel’s being thrown into the lions’ den to be eaten. – Daniel 6:5-16
What is noticeable here is the fact that Daniel was faithful– both in spiritual things and in natural things. Daniel’s faithfulness is what stood out to the king as the king mentioned twice that Daniel continually served God – The king’s words as he was thrown to the lions, and then the morning after he was not eaten by the lions. God preserved Daniel – Daniel 6:16,18-20
What God did for Daniel , He’ll do for you. I f you’ll be faithful with what god has given you right now, with what he ‘s told you to do, He’ll preserve you. He want you to be to be faithful spiritually by fellowshipping with Him in the Word and praying every day. He wants you to put yourself in a position of increase in the natural realm by being faithful with the things He’s given you.
For example, if you live in a rented house, and you want a house of your own, treat that rented house as though it belongs to you. Don’t tear it up and be careless with it.
Jesus said:” If ye have not been faithful in that which in another man’s, who shall give you that which is your own?”
So if you were not faithful, start it today. Be determined to be the kind of person God can trust to follow through, no matter how inconvenient or discomfort the situation is.
These shall make war with the Lamb, and He is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with Him(Jesus) are called and chosen, and faithful.”
